Harris-Fort Bend Counties Municipal Utility District No. 1 (the "District") is a political subdivision of the State of Texas. The District contains approximately 504.3 acres of land and is located within Fort Bend County, Texas.

The District was created for the purpose of constructing water, sewer, and drainage facilities to serve its residents.
